Comptes-books.com is an online service owned and operated by PT Infinite Potensi. All activities and rules directly related to this website are fully governed by the terms and conditions below.

These terms and conditions may change at any time. Your use of this website must comply with every change, which forms part of the agreement and binds you without exception.

Goods and Services

PT Infinite Potensi is a retail company that sells goods and services in the form of books and educational equipment.

Ordering Policy

  • Customers first select the product or service they want by clicking “Add to cart”.
  • After the item is in the shopping cart, customers may add more items or proceed to Checkout.
  • During checkout, customers must log in or create a new account.
  • Customers then follow the three checkout steps below:
  • KTP Address and Billing Statement Address: customers are asked to update any alternative shipping address.
  • Payment Method: customers select the payment method.
  • Confirm Order: customers agree to the terms applicable on comptes-books.com (after this step, the customer receives an email with the order information).

Payment Policy

We offer several payment methods:

  • Credit card: Visa and Mastercard (via Midtrans).
  • Bank transfer to our account.

For credit card payments, customers must click submit for the online payment process and enter the cardholder details.

We are not responsible for misuse of credit cards or any payment instrument that belongs to you and is outside our control.

For bank transfers, customers must confirm payment using one of the following methods:

  • Complete the confirmation form under “Transfer Confirmation” in the “My Account” menu.
  • Email admincomptes2@i-potensi.com with your name, phone number, order number, transfer amount, and bank.
  • Contact person: +62813-1896-6733 (WhatsApp).

The currency used and valid for purchases on this website is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). (All transactions are processed in Rupiah.)

All transactions are processed within 1 x 24 hours.

Customers must complete payment. Once payment is successful, we will send a payment receipt by email to the address in the buyer’s personal data within a maximum of 1 (one) day after payment is completed.

Transaction Evidence (Invoice)

  • An invoice is valid transaction evidence for the order and purchase and serves as your purchase reference.
  • Please keep the invoice for every purchase, as it may be useful for after-sales service. (Keep your payment proof in case it is needed.)

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns unless the error is ours and outside the provisions of these terms and conditions. Returns outside an agreed resolution between both parties are not our responsibility and are not part of our service. We are not responsible for items you return because, by law, they have become your property and responsibility.

  • Returns apply if the item received is damaged, defective, or has incomplete accessories.
  • Refunds apply if the ordered and paid item is out of stock; we will return the amount as a credit balance.
  • Order cancellation may be made unilaterally if:
  • You have not paid within 3 x 24 hours after the order or at the customer’s request.
  • We have not received your payment.
  • The invoice validity date for the order has expired.

Shipping Policy

Products are shipped after we verify payment by email or through the confirmation form. Customers can check the order status through the tracking number sent by email.

  • Same-day shipping if the order and payment confirmation are completed before 12:00 noon during operating hours.
  • Shipped items are insured.
  • Orders through comptes-books.com only.
  • Shipping outside JABODETABEK incurs a fee of Rp 10,000.
