Description
The Second Edition of Primary 1 English Practice Papers is a compilation of the latest practice questions in alignment with the latest English Language syllabus and assessment guidelines issued by the Ministry of Education.
A new feature, Unit Reviews, has exercises based on the Big Books used in English lessons in schools that adopt the STELLAR curriculum. Practice tests in this book aim to be a one-stop and comprehensive guide for Primary 1 students. The questions are specifically hand-picked for their value in teaching students important concepts and assessment techniques. As there is no formal or semestral examination at Primary 1, schools can assess student learning with bite-sized assessments in these unit reviews of what has been taught in each unit within the curriculum.
The book consists of 10 bite-sized practice papers with answers for self-check. These short tests aim to teach students important concepts and help students to discover weaknesses in their answering techniques which they may not be aware of.
